Welcome to Wag Your Tail Dogwear (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.wagyourtail.dogwear.com.au (the “Site”) and any related services we provide (together, the “Services”). 4. Orders and Payment

  1. How to Order. Select your Products, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout prompts.

  2. Pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  3. Payment. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our third‐party payment provider.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Title

  1. Shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only.

  2. Risk & Title. Risk passes to you when the carrier collects Products from us. Title passes when you have paid in full.

6. Consumer Guarantees & Returns

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under the ACL, Customers who are “consumers” enjoy statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded. These include guarantees that Products will be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose, and match any description or sample.

  • Defective or Incorrect Goods. If a Product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, including return shipping costs.

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and software—is owned or licensed by Wag Your Tail Dogwear. No part may be reproduced without our express written permission.

8. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the Site’s security or operation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our liability for breach of a non-excludable ACL guarantee is limited, at our option, to replacement of Products, repair of Products, or refund of the purchase price.

  • In all other cases, our total liability arising in connection with your use of the Services is limited to the price you paid for the affected Product or Service.

You agree to indemnify Wag Your Tail Dogwear and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

14. General

  • Severability. If any provision is invalid, it will be severed, but all other provisions remain in force.

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any policies and disclaimers referred to, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right.
