We know you’re excited to get your pup’s new item, and we’ll do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Tracking Your Order

• Tracking numbers are updated within 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your package has been shipped. You should receive your order between 3 and 6 business days!

• Please note that delivery time estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Details

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order!

• Wag Your Tail is not responsible for incorrect or missing shipping details provided at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in such cases.

• Once your order is marked delivered by your local postal service, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your delivery location is safe.

• If you need to change or cancel an order, email us within 1 day of placing your order with your order number and details. Once we begin processing your order, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

• Shipping may take longer during the holiday season due to increased demand and postal service delays.

Taxes & Duties

• Any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order incurs these charges, they must be paid before your package can be delivered.

• If you refuse a package due to customs fees, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs once the package is successfully returned to us.
