At Wag Your Tail, we take great care in designing and packaging our products to ensure they meet our high standards. If you have any concerns with your order, we're here to help!

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges – Sizing Issues

We understand that getting the right fit is important! If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to offer an exchange, provided that:
✔ The item has not been worn outdoors (trying on indoors is fine).
✔ It is clean, unmarked, and in resellable condition (no scuffs or signs of wear).
✔ Tags and packaging have been removed are acceptable, but the product must remain unused.

Please fill in the returns and exchange form within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Change of Mind Returns

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully. However, we’re happy to answer any questions before you purchase to ensure you select the perfect collar for your pup!
