Meet Lemon – Chief Ball Carrier & Backyard Bird Patrol

Lemon is our resident gentle giant, a 45kg Groodle (Golden Retriever x Poodle) with a heart as big as his paws. He’s a connoisseur of cool weather, a loyal guardian of backyard airspace, and takes his role in bird surveillance very seriously (especially when it comes to ducks… his love for them remains, tragically, unrequited).

While other dogs chase balls, Lemon prefers to carry them proudly like treasure, strolling around like the king he is. He’s happiest near water, with a breeze in his curls and a tennis ball in his mouth. Sweet, sensitive, and just the right amount of silly, Lemon keeps us inspired, and keeps the skies safe (according to him).
